The Rock Tribe is all about making disciples of Jesus and raising up leaders in the Kingdom. Jesus utilized four dynamics for transforming someone into His likeness:

1. Instructional. Biblical teaching is foundational to us.

2. Relational. Disciples of Jesus love each other.

3. Experiential. We get to know and do by experience.

4. Spiritual – Holy Spirit. Being filled and empowered by the Spirit is an essential in our lives of discipleship.

Jesus had two primary relational settings for discipleship – J3s (Jesus plus 3) and small Kingdom Families (Jesus plus 12).
